Carroll - VG
For their first home game of the season, the Frederick Warriors hosted the Carroll Christian Patriots. It proved to be a tight game the entire match. Both teams matched up nicely and both teams battled fiercely the entire contest.
It was a nail-biter from beginning to end. The Warriors were down by 1 after the 1st quarter but thanks to toughness and good defense, they found themselves up by 1 at half-time.
The second half proved to be similar to the first half and the Warriors were trailing by merely 1 point after 3rd quarter. In the end, the Warriors lost 52-46 to a very good Carroll Christian team.
Statistical highlights: Rebecca Reifsnider led the team in rebounds, pulling in 10. Liz Catoe had 8 assists. And Charity Poole and Ana Blickenstaff had 4 steals each.
