Fairfax - VG
The Lady Warriors played the Fairfax Firebirds in Chantilly, VA. It was a physical game throughout the contest, but the Warriors were in control the entire game. Rebecca Reifsnider led the team in rebounds with 10 for the night. Charity Poole was also on fire off the boards pulling in 7 rebounds with Rachel Joannides hot on her heels with 6.
Emily Pritt had 4 assits allowing the Warriors to convert turnovers and loose balls into points.
Five of the Lady Warriors made the books with steals: Liz, Rebecca, Ana, Maggie and Charity all created turnovers giving the Warriors more opportunities to score. With all the girls coming in for some playing time, everyone got the chance to contribute to the final outcome. It was a great win as the Lady Warriors clipped the Firebird's wings 35 to 19.
