Winter blew into town, just as the Warriors thawed out to get hot in the second half of the game against the Grace Knights. The first half of the game found the Warriors down by 2 at half-time. But they came out hot for the remainder of the contest and in the second half, the Warriors outscored the Grace Knights 36-30. The final score was 55-51 with the Warriors heading home with a W.
Statistical highlights include: 7 players in the scoring column. Liz Catoe scored 8 important points in the 4th quarter.
With Rebecca Reifsnider out for most of the 1st half, Kathryn Romanchuk came in and sparked the Warriors with 6 points, 3 rebounds and 2 blocks in the 2nd quarter. 091211_10
Charity Poole gave it her all and had 10 rebounds, 6 assists, 6 steals. Keeping everything tight, Liz, Rebecca and Rachael all had 4 steals.
